It’s an emotional week here – topped with hormones & body aches of pregnancy. I’m hurting in more ways than one. So what does a pregnant mourning mom do survive the week before the anniversary of her son’s Heaven Day? She takes care of herself – mind, body, & soul. I have a “Romans 8:28” playlist of songs to keep my mind from wondering too far off. I fuel my body with essential oils – lemon in my drinking water, several uplifting essential oils diffusing, & frequent bath soaking in Epsom salt, baking soda, & a variety of essential oils to aid the days symptoms. And lots of time alone, with my family, & with God.
